No-Refund Policy

At VoixCall, all purchases of calling credits are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place because calling credits are considered digital goods that are immediately available for use once purchased.

When you purchase credits, they are immediately added to your account and can be used to make calls. Due to the nature of our service and the immediate availability of credits, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Unused or partially used credits
  • Credits purchased but not yet used
  • Credits remaining in your account
  • Accidental purchases

Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

1. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service and these issues are confirmed to be caused by our system rather than your internet connection or device, we may consider a partial or full refund of affected credits. To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported to our support team within 24 hours
  • Our technical team must be able to verify the issue
  • The issue must be directly related to our platform or service

2. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized purchase has been made using your account, please contact us immediately. You may also need to:

  • File a report with your payment provider or credit card company
  • Provide documentation of the unauthorized charge
  • Cooperate with our fraud investigation team

3. Duplicate Charges

In the rare case that you are charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges once our team verifies the error.

Credit Expiration

Credits purchased on our platform do not expire. You can use them at any time without worrying about expiration dates.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
