How does the credit system work?
Our credit system is simple: you purchase credits in packages, and we deduct from your balance as you use the service. Each call is billed at a specific per-minute rate based on the destination country, with all calls billed in 60-second increments and a 60-second minimum.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. You can use them whenever you need them without worrying about time limits or expiration dates.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We have a strict no-refund policy for unused credits. We recommend starting with a smaller package to test our service quality before committing to larger credit purchases.
How do I know my current balance?
Your current balance is always displayed in your account dashboard when you're logged in, making it easy to monitor your usage and know when it's time to add more credits.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or connection fees for calling. You only pay for the actual talk time based on the per-minute rate for the country you're calling. The one recurring charge is optional: if you rent a local number, its monthly fee comes out of your credits.
How much does a local number cost?
Local numbers start at $2.00 a month, billed from the same prepaid credits you use for calls. Use one as your caller ID so people recognise the call, and to receive calls and texts. Prices vary by country and number type; you see the exact monthly price before you buy.
Can my number receive text messages?
Yes. SMS-capable numbers receive texts and picture messages in a Messages inbox. Each number includes 50 texts a month, then $0.02 per text; picture messages are $0.04. Long texts and emoji can count as more than one text. Replying by text isn't available yet.
What do call recording and transcripts cost?
Recording is $0.003 per minute, switched on per call from the dialer. Transcripts with an AI summary are $0.02 per minute on top, billed per started minute with a 1¢ minimum, so a recorded and transcribed call costs about 2.3¢ per minute more than the call rate. Both are off by default and come out of your prepaid credits. If a transcription fails, you aren't charged for it.
