How is a team account different from a personal account?
A team account gives your whole organization a single shared balance. You invite members by email, assign admin or member roles, and everyone makes calls from the same wallet. Admins manage top-ups and members; members just call. It's built for sales, recruiting, support, and operations teams that dial internationally.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. Unlike traditional business phone platforms that bill $20–$40 per seat every month, VoixCall teams pay only for the minutes you actually use from a shared balance. If five of your ten people make calls this month, you're not paying for the other five.
How does billing work for teams?
You buy credits for the team wallet in one of the team packs below (or any custom amount). Credits are deducted per call based on the destination rate. There's no monthly subscription and no contract, and credits never expire. Payments are processed securely in USD or INR.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Team purchases generate a record you can use for company expensing, and we can provide an invoice for larger orders. If you need a formal invoice or have procurement requirements, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What happens if the team balance runs low?
Any admin can top up the shared balance at any time, and everyone can see the current balance. We also protect against a single long call draining the whole wallet, so multiple team members can call at once without surprises.
How many people can I add?
