Hang up with the notes
already written
Turn on call transcripts once. Every recorded call then gets a short summary, the case numbers, booking codes and amounts that were mentioned, a to-do list, and a full You / Them transcript, about a minute after the call ends.
$0.02 a minute on top of the call. Off by default. Web app today, iOS and Android next.
What you get after every call
The summary never invents anything. If it isn't in the recording, it isn't in the notes.
Summary
Up to five short lines: what the call was about and how it ended. Written in the language you mostly spoke on the call.
Reference numbers
Case IDs, ticket numbers, booking and confirmation codes, order numbers, amounts, dates and phone extensions, each with a one-click Copy button.
To-do list
What you agreed to do next, and what the other side promised. No more scribbling while the agent talks.
Full transcript
Every turn of the conversation, labelled You and Them with timestamps. Open it when the summary isn't enough.

The calls it was built for
Bank and card calls
The fraud line gives you a case number and a promise to refund in 5 to 7 days. Both land in your summary, ready to paste into a follow-up.
Airline and hotel changes
Rebooking confirmation codes, new flight times and refund amounts, captured while you were still on hold music.
Supplier and factory calls
MOQs, unit prices, lead times and Incoterms agreed by phone become a written record you can forward to your team the same minute.
Tax offices, clinics, pensions
Reference numbers, appointment dates and which documents to send. Useful when the call was in your second language.
How it works
- 1
Turn it on once
In the web app, open Settings and switch on "Record and transcribe my calls". It's off by default; nobody is enrolled without asking.
- 2
Call as usual
The Record switch on the dialer stays on for your next calls. The other party hears a short recording notice when the call connects.
- 3
Get the summary a minute later
When the call ends, we transcribe the recording and write the summary. You get a "Call summary ready" notification, and an email if you want one.
- 4
Copy what you need
In Call History, expand Summary on the call: the summary lines, copyable reference numbers, the to-do list and a link to the full transcript.

What it doesn't do yet
- Only calls you record are transcribed. Skip the Record switch on a call and there's no transcript.
- Web app only for now. The iOS and Android apps get transcripts in an upcoming release.
- No search across transcripts and no export. You can read, copy reference numbers and get summaries by email.
- The other party hears a recording notice. Check recording laws where you and they are located.
Privacy
- Off by default. You opt in, and can opt out any time.
- Speech-to-text by Deepgram, summaries via OpenRouter. Neither uses your calls to train models, and neither do we.
- Recordings, transcripts and summaries are visible only to you, in your call history.
- Want something deleted? Email support@voixcall.com. Details in the privacy policy.
Call transcripts: FAQ
How much do call transcripts and summaries cost?
Transcription and the summary together are $0.02 per minute of the call, billed per started minute with a one cent minimum. Recording itself is $0.003 per minute, so a recorded and transcribed call costs about 2.3 cents per minute on top of the normal calling rate. A twelve-minute call to your bank comes to about 28 cents. If a transcription fails you are not charged for it.
Is it on by default?
No. Recording and transcription are off until you switch on "Record and transcribe my calls" in Settings. You can turn it off at any time, and you can still skip recording on a single call with the Record switch on the dialer.
Which languages does it support?
Language is detected automatically, and conversations that mix languages, such as Hindi and English in one call, are handled. The summary is written in the language you mostly spoke. Accuracy is highest for widely spoken languages and clear audio.
Does the other person know the call is recorded?
Yes. When the call connects they hear a short notice that the call may be recorded. Recording laws differ by country and some places require both parties to agree, so check the rules where you and the other party are before turning it on.
Where do I see the transcript?
In Call History in the web app at app.voixcall.com. Each recorded call has a Summary button that expands the summary, reference numbers and to-dos, with a View transcript link below. The iOS and Android apps will get the same view in an upcoming release.
Who can read my transcripts, and are they used to train AI?
Only you, in your own call history. To produce them we send the audio to Deepgram for speech-to-text and the transcript text to OpenRouter for the summary; neither VoixCall nor these providers use your calls to train models. Email support@voixcall.com if you want a recording or transcript deleted.
Can I search or export transcripts?
Not yet. Today you can read a transcript, copy reference numbers with one click and receive each summary by email. Search across calls and export are on the list.
