Welcome to VoixCall. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VoixCall website (voixcall.com) and browser-based calling service (app.voixcall.com) operated by VoixCall ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to share your account credentials or give others access to your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Service Description

VoixCall provides a browser-based telecommunications service that allows users to make voice calls to telephone numbers worldwide using WebRTC technology. Our service operates on a credit-based system, where users purchase credits that are consumed based on the destination and duration of calls.

3. Payments and Billing

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Credits expire as specified at the time of purchase (typically 6-12 months from purchase date).

We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By purchasing credits, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Rates for calls are subject to change without notice. Current rates are always available within your account dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• For transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• For making unsolicited telemarketing calls or engaging in robocalling
• For making harassing, threatening, or abusive calls to any person or entity
• For impersonating or attempting to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

5. Caller ID and Number Verification

If you choose to use the custom caller ID feature, you must verify ownership of the phone number through our verification process. You may only use phone numbers that you own or are authorized to use as your caller ID.

Misrepresentation of caller ID information may violate federal or state laws and may result in termination of your account.

6. Service Limitations

Our service is not intended to replace traditional telephone services and has the following limitations:

• Emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112, 999) are not supported
• Service quality is dependent on your internet connection
• Service may not be available in all countries or regions due to regulatory restrictions
• Certain call features available on traditional phone systems may not be supported

7. Intellectual Property

The VoixCall service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of VoixCall and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VoixCall.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoixCall, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
