Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Welcome to VoixCall. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VoixCall website (voixcall.com) and browser-based calling service (app.voixcall.com) operated by VoixCall ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.
1. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to share your account credentials or give others access to your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Service Description
VoixCall provides a browser-based telecommunications service that allows users to make voice calls to telephone numbers worldwide using WebRTC technology. Our service operates on a credit-based system, where users purchase credits that are consumed based on the destination and duration of calls.
3. Payments and Billing
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with our service. Refunds are available for users who have not spent any credits, within 14 days of purchase. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire.
We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By purchasing credits, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Rates for calls are subject to change without notice. Current rates are always available within your account dashboard.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- For transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
- For making unsolicited telemarketing calls or engaging in robocalling. The one exception is manual outbound business calling under the Outbound Calling Addendum in section 4A, by accounts that have accepted it
- For making harassing, threatening, or abusive calls to any person or entity
- For impersonating or attempting to impersonate another person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
4A. Outbound Calling Addendum
Accounts that turn on outbound mode may use VoixCall to place outbound business calls, including calls to businesses and people they have not spoken to before, on the following terms. Outbound mode is off by default. Turning it on means you accept this addendum in addition to section 4.
- A person dials, one call at a time. You may not use any software, script or device that dials, paces, queues or connects calls for you, and you may not use VoixCall's API or AI calling features for outbound business calling. Predictive, power and parallel dialing are prohibited.
- Lawful lists only. You call only businesses, or people who have given consent to be contacted about the subject of your call. For United States numbers you check your lists against the National Do Not Call Registry at least every 31 days and keep the proof. You comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, and the equivalent laws where the called party is.
- Calling hours. You call only between 8:00 and 21:00 in the called party's local time. The service enforces this and will refuse calls outside it.
- Identify yourself and stop when asked. You state who you are and on whose behalf you are calling. If anyone asks not to be called again, you stop immediately and mark them Do Not Call in the service.
- Recording. Calls placed in outbound mode are recorded. Where the called party's law requires it, you tell them the call is recorded at the start.
- Caller ID. You use only a number rented from VoixCall or a number you have verified as yours, and you never misrepresent who is calling.
- Destinations. Outbound mode is available only for the countries listed in the service. It is not available for calls to India.
- Limits. The service applies daily call limits, attempt limits per number and per-number health checks. We may lower them, lock a caller ID number, or suspend outbound mode for your account at any time, without notice, if we receive complaints, detect automation or spoofing, or see call patterns consistent with abuse.
- You carry the liability. You are responsible for every call you place and for any claim, fine or penalty arising from it, and you indemnify VoixCall against them. Refunds are not available for calls placed in breach of this addendum.
5. Caller ID and Number Verification
If you choose to use the custom caller ID feature, you must verify ownership of the phone number through our verification process. You may only use phone numbers that you own or are authorized to use as your caller ID.
Misrepresentation of caller ID information may violate federal or state laws and may result in termination of your account.
6. Service Limitations
Our service is not intended to replace traditional telephone services and has the following limitations:
- Emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112, 999) are not supported
- Service quality is dependent on your internet connection
- Service may not be available in all countries or regions due to regulatory restrictions
- Certain call features available on traditional phone systems may not be supported
7. Intellectual Property
The VoixCall service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of VoixCall and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VoixCall.
Customer references. If you use VoixCall on behalf of a company or other organization, you agree that we may name that organization and show its logo as a VoixCall customer on our website and in our marketing materials. We will use the name and logo only to identify you as a customer, in line with any brand guidelines you send us, and we will not suggest that you endorse VoixCall beyond using it. You can opt out at any time by emailing legal@voixcall.com, and we will remove the reference from our website within 30 days.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VoixCall, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
- Any content obtained from the service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
13. API and Connected Apps
VoixCall offers a public API (api.voixcall.com/v1), an MCP server (api.voixcall.com/mcp) and personal API keys so that you can connect AI assistants and your own software to your account. Documentation is at voixcall.com/developers. By using them you agree to the following in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- Your account, your responsibility. Anything a connected app or key does is done by you. Review the permissions you approve on the consent page, and disconnect apps you no longer use in Settings → Connected apps.
- Keys and tokens are personal. API keys and OAuth tokens identify you. Do not share your own keys or tokens or use them to access another person's account, and do not embed them in software you distribute. An app that other users connect may use only the tokens those users granted to it, only for the purpose they approved. If a key or token leaks, revoke it by disconnecting the app in Settings → Connected apps, or reset your password (which revokes every token and key), and tell us at support@voixcall.com.
- No abuse of automated calling. Where the API can place calls, you may not use it for robocalling, unsolicited telemarketing, harassment, caller-ID misrepresentation, traffic pumping, or to call numbers you have no right to call. The Acceptable Use Policy in section 4 applies in full.
- No reselling. You may not resell, sublicense or offer VoixCall calling, numbers or messaging to third parties as your own service through the API without our written agreement.
- Rate and spend limits. Rate limits apply as published at https://voixcall.com/developers/rate-limits; spend limits apply as documented with each paid operation. Circumventing them, including by creating multiple accounts, is a breach.
- Data you read belongs to the account. If you build an app that other VoixCall users connect, use what you read only for the purpose those users approved, publish a privacy policy, and delete the data when they disconnect or ask you to. See privacy for connected apps.
- We may revoke. We may suspend or revoke any key, token, client registration or connected app at any time, with or without notice, where we suspect abuse, a security problem, or a breach of these Terms.
- Changes. Additive changes may ship at any time. Breaking changes are announced in the changelog under a new dated API version, with the previous version kept for a published sunset period.
- Availability. Our target is 99.9% monthly availability for the API and MCP server. It is an objective, not a warranty; section 10 applies.
