Do credits expire?

Yes, you can set your own verified phone number as the caller ID for outgoing calls. This feature allows recipients to see a familiar number when you call.
What happens if I run out of credits during a call?
If you run out of credits during a call, the call will be disconnected. We recommend monitoring your credit balance and adding more credits as needed before making long calls.

Is there a refund policy?

Why can't I just use WhatsApp for free?
WhatsApp only calls other WhatsApp accounts. It can't reach landlines, businesses, banks, airlines, hotels, government offices, or anyone who isn't on WhatsApp. VoixCall calls real phone numbers — landlines and mobiles, anywhere in the world. The recipient picks up on their normal phone with no app, no internet, no setup.
Is VoIP legal in India?
Outbound VoIP calling from India to international numbers (and vice versa) is legal under TRAI regulations. The restriction in Indian law is on VoIP-to-PSTN calls within India routed through unlicensed gateways. VoixCall is used by NRIs to call Indian institutions from abroad, by Indians calling international landlines, and by exporters calling Chinese suppliers — all fully compliant use cases.
