Honest Limits
- • Manual dialing only. No CRM integration, power dialer or call queues today.
- • No outbound SMS yet. Numbers receive texts but can't send them until US carrier registration is done.
- • Callbacks ring in the web app, not yet inside the iPhone/Android apps.
- • You're responsible for calling rules. Cold calling US consumers is regulated (TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and state laws), and many states require consent before recording. Check what applies to your campaigns.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to call US prospects from India, the Philippines or Latin America?
Calls to US and Canadian numbers cost about 3¢ a minute (2.7¢ at current rates) no matter where your rep is sitting, because the price depends on the number you call, not your location. You pay per minute from a prepaid balance. There is no per-seat subscription.
Can prospects see our company number when we call?
Yes. Buy a US number (from $2/month) or verify a number you already own, and set it as your caller ID. Prospects see a US number instead of an unknown international one, and callbacks ring in the VoixCall web app.
Can we record sales calls?
Yes. Recording is a toggle on the dialer and costs $0.003/min. The other party hears a recording notice when the call connects. With transcripts turned on in Settings ($0.02/min extra), every recorded call also gets a summary, the key numbers mentioned, a to-do list and a full transcript about a minute after it ends.
How does billing work for a team?
With a Teams account you invite reps into one organization that shares a calling balance, and every call is logged with its cost. Organization credit packs start at $100, and larger packs include bonus credit.
Does VoixCall integrate with our CRM or have a power dialer?
Not today. VoixCall is a browser dialer with caller ID, recording and call notes, but no CRM sync, auto-dialer or call queues. If you need those, a full contact-center tool is a better fit. If your team makes focused manual calls and wants low per-minute rates, VoixCall is simpler and cheaper.
Do reps need to install anything?
No. Reps call from a Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox tab with a headset. There are also iPhone and Android apps for calls on the go.
