A call to Vistara usually ends with a case or reference number and a promise about what happens next. After a long hold, in a second language, it's easy to miss a digit.

Switch on Record on the VoixCall dialer before you call ($0.003/min). If you've also turned on "Record and transcribe my calls" in Settings in the web app, about a minute after you hang up Call History shows a short summary, the reference numbers that were said (each with a Copy button), what each side agreed to do next, and the full transcript, for $0.02/min.

Recording is off by default. Vistara hears a short recording notice when the call connects, and only you can see your recordings and transcripts. Speech-to-text can mis-hear fast numbers, so check important digits against the recording. Recording laws differ by country. How call transcripts work →
